By Train: Nearest Railway station is Nagercoil Junction if you are travelling from Tamilnadu State. Nearest railway station is Kuzhithurai if you are travelling from Kerala State. Take a bus or taxi from here to reach Keeriparai.
By Air: Nearest airport is Trivandrum located 44 KM away from Keeriparai. Take a taxi or bus service from airport to reach Keeriparai forest.
Kalikesam waterfalls is situated in Keeriparai Reserve Forest area, northern side of Perunchani Dam. Since this falls water comes across many medicinal herbal plants, this waterfall water has medicinal effects and visitors are allowed to take bath.
Vattaparai waterfalls is situated in Keeriparai Reserve Forest area, near the village Boothapandi. Vattaparai Falls is across the river ‘Pazhayar‘ in Kanyakumari District.

Ulakkai Aruvi WaterFalls is a beautiful tourist attraction in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. Ulakkai Aruvi is the pure Tamil name, Ulakkai meaning Pestle and Aruvi meaning Falls. This falls looks like a Ulakkai (Pestle) from long view, that is the reason this falls is called Ulakkai Aruvi. This beautiful Ulakkai Aruvi falls is situated inside the forest area, on the ‘Pazhayar‘ river. Ulakkai Aruvi falls is located in the small village called ‘Azhagiapandipuram‘ in Thovalai Taluk of Kanyakumari District. Ulakkai Aruvi is located about 18 KM from Nagercoil and 42 KM from Kanyakumari. Ulakkai Aruvi is a good picnic spot and good for trekking. This is the right place for the people who love climbing rocks and hills.
How To Reach Ulakkai Aruvi:
Bus Service: There are buses from Nagercoil town till Perunthalaikadu village, then you have to walk about 3 KM inside the forest to reach Ulakkai Aruvi. If you are going by car from Nagercoil-> Puthery -> Thittuvilai -> Azhagiyapandiyapuram -> Perunthalaikadu, park the car here and walk for 3 KM.
